Welcome to the first quarterly Posse Alumni Update. We’re excited to launch this publication just for you on Posse’s 35th anniversary year.

The Posse alumni network is a vibrant tapestry of diverse experiences and accomplishments. Each of you plays an integral role in the fabric of the Posse community.
• Fulbright told us that if Posse was a college, we would rank in the top 10 for number of Fulbright winners?
• The national board of The Posse Foundation now has four alumni serving: Daniel Acheampong, Koby Altman, Marvin Figueroa and Nana Sarpong?
• More than 25 percent of Posse staff, including half of the executive team, are alumni? And Jake Moreno Coplon, a Middlebury Posse alum, just became Posse’s COO?
2024 is a census year, and you have just received the Posse survey in your email. Fill it out! That way we can continue to make Posse’s alumni programming more what you want and need.
Today Posse alumni number more than 8000. You are so accomplished and so ambitious. You are leading in every industry. You are in graduate school, innovating, starting businesses, leading nonprofits, building meaningful, impactful careers. You are also falling in love, getting married, having children, growing your families and spreading kindness wherever you go. The Posse alumni community is a vibrant tapestry of diverse experiences and accomplishments. Whether you are fresh out of college or well established in your career, each of you plays an integral role in the fabric of the Posse community.
Remember, Posse is not just a memory of your college days; it is a living, evolving community and powerful network of leaders. As you navigate life’s changes, whether moving cities or exploring new career paths, reach out to Posse and to each other. Embrace the support and strength that comes from this unique network.
As we look forward to the next 35 years, I am confident that the Posse community will continue to lead, innovate and inspire. Your achievements are the heartbeat of Posse, and I am excited to see what’s to come.
