Eaton Vance Supports Boston's Posse Scholars

Spring 2018 | Boston

Posse Boston welcomed Eaton Vance as a new Career Program partner in 2017. Founded in 1924, Eaton Vance is a global asset management firm with offices in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Eaton Vance eagerly hit the ground running in recruiting Posse Scholars and alumni for internship opportunities. This year, they have hired three interns to work in the IT Risk Mitigation and Wealth Strategies departments. Through these meaningful opportunities, Scholars participate in training courses, network with seasoned professionals and join full-time staff for community service activities.

“Eaton Vance values our partnership with The Posse Foundation,” says Mark Burkhard, vice president, director of human resources at the company. “The Posse Foundation plays an integral part in our diversity and inclusion strategy to attract diverse talent to our internships and ultimately to our entry level opportunities at Eaton Vance.”

Eaton Vance proudly sponsored Power of 10 in 2017 and will continue their sponsorship of this year’s Boston Power of 10. Additionally, Eaton Vance hosted the 2018 Posse National Alumni Association Meeting. PNAAC representatives were welcomed by CEO Tom Faust, who engaged in a discussion about leadership. We celebrate their commitment to Posse Scholars.
