New Partners Expand Professional Development Opportunities for Scholars
Since December, Posse Boston has added three new companies—Eaton Vance, National Grid, and Vertex—to its growing list of Career Program partners. With 45 Career partners, representing a wide range of industries, Posse Boston provides Scholars with invaluable opportunities to develop as leaders in the workforce.
Eaton Vance is a leading global asset manager that provides a broad array of investment strategies and wealth management solutions. The company offers a variety of student internships that include training courses, professional networking opportunities and community service activities.
Eaton Vance also hires recent graduates for their Research Associate Program, a 3-5 year professional development and training initiative. As associates progress through the program, Eaton Vance provides support and resources to help them earn certification as financial analysts.
National Grid is one of the largest investor-owned energy companies in the world, with a mission to deliver clean energy. The company offers internships in a variety of departments and manages a graduate development program for recent college graduates. Designed to support their development as leaders, the program exposes participants to a broad range of disciplines and functions within the organization.
National Grid also established an engineering pipeline initiative that offers high school and college students the chance to learn more about the company and the engineering profession through a structured six-year program.
Vertex is a global technology company that aims to create innovative medicines to cure diseases and improve lives. The company provides over 75 internships through its Summer Internship Program, offering students the opportunity to learn about the pharmaceutical industry through hands-on experiences and mentorship with leaders in the industry.
Posse Boston is extremely grateful to all its Career Program partners for their deep dedication to Posse Scholars.
