Rick Rizzo Chairs Posse New Orleans Advisory Board

Rick Rizzo, formerly the CEO of Fleet Laboratories, is the new chair of the Posse New Orleans Advisory Board. He succeeds Tulane University President Emeritus Dr. Scott Cowen, who served four years in the role. As advisory board chair, Rick has also become a member the Posse National Board of Directors.

“I think what Posse is doing is an incredible thing for the community and for the Scholars in the program,” Rick says. “I’m really looking forward to advocating for the organization in New Orleans and nationally. I hope to see the profile of Posse grow.”

Rick retired from Fleet Laboratories in 2017 after leading the company for two years as chief executive officer. He has an abundance of experience as a results-driven general management executive in the field of consumer healthcare. His background includes years as president of Johnson & Johnson and multiple leadership positions at Procter & Gamble.

Since connecting with Posse, Rick has been an engaged volunteer, serving as a career coach since last June for Scholars at Tulane University and at the University of Notre Dame.
